Ristar joins the Sega Forever Collection on Android and iOS

Peter, 10 August 2017

The Sega Forever Collection just received a new addition – Ristar. While not as popular as Sonic, the game is a platformer made by the same team and published in 1995 for the Sega Genesis.

While Sonic has his speed, Ristar uses his stretchable arms, which are the core mechanic of the game – they are how you navigate obstacles through the many levels and the main means of attack. Check out the video below for a quick sample of the gameplay.

If you like what you see, head to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. As other Sega Forever games, this one is free, but has apps (which can be removed with a $2 in-app purchase).
