Rumor says Samsung Galaxy S8 will launch in China in May

The Samsung Galaxy S8 will land in China in May, according to a new rumor. A Weibo post says the launch is set for May 10, with pre-orders beginning April 28.

That's a bit late when compared to other major markets like the US, where the launch is reportedly set to happen on April 28. Korea will get the phone first - pre-orders will start April 7 onwards, with launch set for April 21.
There have been rumors that the Galaxy S8 variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will be China-exclusive, at-least at launch.
