Rumor says Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be launched as Mi Pro
Xiaomi's upcoming Mi Note 2 smartphone will carry Mi Pro moniker at launch, according to a new rumor out of the company's home country of China. The basis for this rumor is just a newly setup Weibo page by the name of Xiaomi Pro, so it's not exactly an official confirmation.
The device, as you might already know, has been the subject of several leaks so far, revealing flagship-level specs such as Snapdragon 821 SoC, 5.7-inch display, 6GB/64GB memory configuration, and 13MP dual-rear camera and 8MP front shooter.
As for availability, the phone is expected to be made official on September 14.

Did you miss that there is a now Redmi Note 3 Special Edition (International version) that supports LTE bands B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/20/28? It's sold on Aliexpress and geekbuying so far. Also there is a Redmi 3S with band 20 support.
