what to do with my hand set as it can't save any contact in the directory though empty,but when the simcard is put in another hand set , it can store contact addresses.

I bought a new battery for my phone Mc936 but it tells me that the battery status is unknown and whenever I try to charge it, it dries up the battery such that there's no power left on the battery what can I do for this phone please help.

I have a brand new Sagem MC 396 cell phone but I can't dial out since I bought it. I can only receive calls and send sms. I have tried this and that but nothing has worked out for me. I realy like your brands, its good. Do you have any idea of how to overcome this problem? Please assist me, I'm very much stranded.

My Sagem 936 just went blank when I was charging it in my car, what can I do to ressurect it or is it to be thrown away? It is only a few months old and I feel so depressed?

dear sir or madam,
with due respect to you i am a user of your phone and i really love the phone the phone name is sagem 936, but the proble is that i left the phone for my junior brothers when i was going for holiday break, so when i now switch the phone it will ask me to enter phone code, so i removed the sim card and replace ti with another the problem still persist, and i dont really know where i left the manuall pls kindly baill me out,cos idont want to trow away that phone cause am reeaaly in love with the phone. I shall be awaiting your response very soon.

damn...
