Used to own 1...have updated
sagem Mw3020 is a good phone although it is out of date...It is also weak in the water resistance area(turns off automaticly after contact with water)(can be fixed by air clean at cell shop) I have had this problem on two occasions...NO other problems But is verry hard to find Ring-tones for it...

I need help to get my phone in working condition, Sagem MW 3020.
It is displaing "Hardware Failure, Param.Error".

My sagem phone writes SIM LOCKED when you switch it on even before inserting the SIM card . How do i repair it

OK but talking time less, I have one MW 3020 which switches off after some time and i cannot open it unitl a certain duration of time
, tried going to sagem sites for online support no tangible progress. Could you assist.

P/s I wish to bring to ur notice of the problem I am encountering now in the above mentioned model; I have one sent to me by my dad abroad but on trying to use it with MTN NIGERIA, it fails rather stating SIM LOCKED. So p/s could you render a satisfactory help on me to enable me utilise this single opportunity and make use of this ur wonderful product. A million thanks for ur kindness.

I do have a sagem 3020 and someone just locked it while pressing the buttons now how could I unlock the simlock so that I can use it as I used to.Justin from musoma town Tanzania.

it is great i think and the only thing missing is a built in camera but otherwise it is the best phone i have ever had and has never bailed on me yet and i still have it now i have had three of the same phone from 2 or 3 years ago now and i think it is great.
