i recently purchased a sagem mw 3020 with the exspectation of after charging up the phone i was going to be greeted with a nice funky blue back light as the description said in the broucher, but instead it was boring old green. i was quite dissapointed....

i like my phone(mw3020) but it says i can download ringtones and i cant.also i cant get a logo either.i cant even find somewhere which will tell me what to press in the composer to be able to get my songs.if anyone can help please e-mail me on james_k1988@yahoo.co.uk

This is simply superb.I gotta problem, whenever I dial a number it shows supplemantary service rejected..How can i dial an outgoing number.Please help...

So far this phone is kewl: French & chic.Very EZ menus, light, great looker, great audio both ways & built in speakerphone which works very well. Recommended! Why so cheap? Beats me...maybe they are trying to beat Nokia by undercutting them...no need...the phone,s far better....

I like this phone because of its shape.
The only part I miss, when you compare them with Nokia, are the logos.
