Evil, 15 Feb 2010I forgot: if the battery is completely discharged even if y... moreIf the battery's very, very dead, it sometimes won't start. Just plug it in to charge, phone switched off, for an hour or so to build up enough power to start it. Hardly a major problem.

There's an option to choose how it connects, either as a modem, Pictbridge (for photo printing direct to a printer), or as a hard drive. The hard drive setting uses the memory card just like any other hard drive, if a bit slow, or you can use an external USB memory card reader.
Without a memory card, you can use it in Modem mode to connect to Sagem's own software. There's about 15MB storage built into the phone, not a lot, but memory cards are so cheap it's worth getting one. AFAIK it only supports up to 2GB size cards.
And very handily, the standard USB port is built into the phone! Easy to connect, and will charge from any mini-usb source.

Evil, 02 Jul 2010This phone is a joke! The ringer volume is low,the setting ... moreI've had mine since December 07. Battery still holds a decent charge, around 3 days standby. The ringer is loud enough, and it plays every Java game I've put on it (around 10). For the money it's a great phone! Tho a little out of date by now.
The organiser is basic, but I live by the calendar, it keeps appointments with alarms. For the price, 40 UK pounds back in 2007, I can't fault it!

This is my first cell phone and I am completely in love with it. I bought it because it was on sale and I was stunned when I discovered all of the features it offers. I just wanted to be able to make phone calls but it does so much more. Maybe other phones offer more but at the price I paid for it,I don't think I could expect much more.

hi the phone is so good as paid little money 4 it i just love it and recond mend it to any 1 that want a new phone. dont rurey about other comets on the screen because i use my one for work and its been drop and all type of thing at the end of the day i love it and so should u good luck 4 any 1 that buys 1 .

This phone is a joke! The ringer volume is low,the setting are stupid and the main screen died after 2 months of use(bought brand new)

Ilove the sagem 401c,i lost mine on a night out i was heart broken. I replaced it with a more expensive phone and i hate it,ive searched high and low on the internet 4 some time for a 401c and today i found 1. hopefully it will get delivered to me safely coz me old phone is getting smashed and me 401c is gettin kissed. I forgot: if the battery is completely discharged even if you plug in the charger the phone still won`t start! It says: "not enough energy to start" :| How the @#$$ not enough energy???

This is the worst phone EVER! It has only one speaker so the ringer volume is very low,you can barely hear an mp3 when someone calls you.Every time you dial a number that isn`t in your phone book it asks if you want to save it,that is annoying! If you connect the phone to a PC it doesn`t see the phone memory,only the memory card...
French people,PLEASE stop making electronic products!!! THEY SUCK!
