Be warned! They mislead you and say it's got bluetooth...well ONLY for the headset, so it will never pair with anything else!!
It does not do VIDEO. The original ringtones are few and SOFT.
The menu is unlike many phones and hard to negotiate.
It looks like a Blackberry but the buck stops there.
The battery life is fairly good.
As for Samsung, the service stinks. I attempted to call Samsung diretly and complain but they literally blocked my number at the Vice President - Marketing's office.
If you want a basic phone and it's dirt cheap...well ONLY then should you buy it.

damn!! why is that,
the Bluetooth of this phone is not searching, i try and try it but it does not work,.or i mean it cannot search any devices....!! i need some help?! thanks. :))

I personally, like the phone. The only problems I have with the phone is that it doesnt take video and the picture taking quality is horrible, but other then that the phone is enjoyable.

Yes, you can get a cable and download their desktop software, but it's not the best, but i was able to import vCards from my Outlook addresses, and now they are in my phone. Nope, not the top of the line, but I can send and receive messages w/o any problems. I have 147 text msgs right now. I don't use it to listen to MP3 music, but I have downloaded ringtones and some cool screensavers. For the price I paid, $50, including a $30 airtime card, it's worth it. Reallly. I even prepaid $100 so my time is good thru 2011. It is just a phone and text messenger - not too good with the web, but good for news and EZ stuff from the Samsung/ATT site only. Was able to Twitter and some Facebook but not too much - just use it as a communicator and you should be good. The problems you're having sound like maybe a bad batch or not really waiting for the bluetooth to connect. I have connected about 3 headsets to this phone, including the Motorala speaker in my car. I'm still happy with it - going on 7 mos. owning it and not being in a contract. If you have Yahoo! or AOL for mail, man, it's the best!

Well i kinda wish it had video.
I mean what sophisticated phone doesnt
have video?
I also have a problem with blue tooth.
This phone could have been very handy if these
needs were met.

i absolutley hate this hpine i would not reccomend it what so ever, why? well because its very stubborn like it would only let me recieve text messages from certain people, not only that but i had terrible service any where i went, its just the phone because some of my friends and i were texting and they all have at&t as well and they all had service except for me because i had this phone. it had bad battery life and couldnt store very much memory i could only hold at the most 40 messages in my inbox then it would start deleting the messages i recieved so i could never read them, all in all DONT BUT THIS PHONE! unless of course you like getting annoyed by phones(:

ok, so the phone isnt a bad phone but, its has things that make me not so happy with it, like it dont have a signature(i got over that no big deal really) but the bluetooth dont work with other phones thats one of the main things besides texting that i wanted thinking about switchin to straight talk because the have phones with bluetooth that work and 45 dollars and you get unlimited everything including internet, at&t is 60 and dont include internet but, the phone isnt bad i like it except it not having bluetooth...

Its a pretty good phone i had to buy it cuz mine dies, the only thing I dont like is the fact that i cant put music on it. it doesnt have a micro sd thing so i cant transfer my ringtones and wallpapers through sd or bluetooth. other than that its ok

Alright, for starters, this phone was pretty good when I first got it. Except for the fact that you can't bluetooth ringtones. But then my keys started messing up, and after i had it for 90 days, the entire thing shut down, and it stopped working. Two of my friends bought this phone, and it did the same thing to them after 90 days. I bought it for $100 at Best Buy right when it came out. THIS PHONE IS JUNK!! Although, if it does break, all you have to do is take out your sim card, and turn it on, then enter this code *2767*3855# and it will do a master reset but you lose everything off your phone, numbers and all.

One thing that gets on my nerves every single day with this phone is you can barely hear it vibrate..over the month's you have it the vibration gets weak..but other then that it's a good phone that's why i'm still with it..
