Check or uncheck the boxes and then decide where to save the items and you're there. Check to be sure the items are there before deleting messages.

cannot find software update for this phone on the website. phone is powering off/resets itself when switching network from 2g-3g vice versa and according to my provider, software update can correct the issue. when will this be available?

This is an urban phone. Very poor connectivity in rural areas.
