mine just says download on the screen after dipping in water what do i do

Just got one of these for free yesterday. Not particularly interesting, but it looks cool and the menu sounds are nice

My friend gave it to me after she had it for 2 n a half yrs worked great nothing wrong no cliches nothing the alise is better then most. I was always sliding it up n down up n down up n down up n down never came loose . Right now got an iphone 4 too ...
