luv it at first sight..BUT major problem occur after 6 months with the internal n external screen.. same as what Reena is facing with her hp.It'll mysteriously disappear!!And the ON/OFF button also gave me problems. For the battery life..i have to charge the battery once every 2 days.Ringing volume..it is very loud when u r in a quiet room..but barely hear it when in the mall or public areas. You can't even download ringtones..regret buying it in the first place..the price in Malaysia is very expansive.. Samsung handphone is the top 3 most expansive handphones on market list..(still love the design..small n sexy for gals!!Hope Samsung will improve in their quality and functionality in the future if they don't want to lose their loyal customer..)

My first Samsung handphone after 5 years using Nokia brand. Luv the size, polyphonic tones, colour(pearl white) and design!! BUT..just own it for 8 months..already have major problem with the LCD screen. The external screen will suddenly 'disappear' while i'm using the phone to make calls or sending SMS!!At certain time..the internal screen would also created the same problem. I have to turn it OFF and ON it again to get it back to normal. Can somebody tell me wether this A800 phone can download ringtones? I'm getting bord with the original tones!!..overall..the 'cover' look is a lot more better than Nokia but for it's functionality, durability n quality...i think Samsung needs to upgrade it!!

Poor battery life. I got a A800 six months ago and already lost 1/3 of its battery life. Worst experience ever with a mobile. ADVICE: do not buy Samsung until they fix their battery problem (I also have a c100 and the same problem occured in only 3 months!!!). And yes, I know how to use a phone and charge a battary, I had before Ericsson, Siemens, Bosch and never had such problems.

The ringing volume is very poor. Please improve on that.

The A800 is great phone. However, its ringing tone is rather too poor giving the noisy nature of the Nigerian environment. The is need to improve on its ringing tone to enable its users hear when it rings.

I love my dinky phone apart from the crappy tunes. The only acceptable tune is the Can Can. However, slightly embarrassing in Tescos! I've had mine for a year now but I'm looking for something a bit different. The only phones which are easily available here are Nokias. No thanks!

what is disappointing is the functionality, i am not able to personalise many of the sounds. when i save anything, there is a cheesy sound i cant switch off without having the phone on silent. the alarm has only 4 cheesy tones to choose from. if i am missing anything on this i hope someone lets me know..
