Anonymous, 02 Nov 2010My 3rd Impression just broke yesterday. It is always the to... moreI have had the Samsung Impression for 13 months now and the touchscreen has stopped working completely. I was gonna try to recalibrate it but if the screen is not working then you are not able to calibrate it. So now I am not able to go any farther with my phone cause I can not get into it. The impression was a nice phone up to this point. I wish there was another way of fixing the problem but ATT just wants to replace it.

I have had my impression since last Christmas and I love it. For everyone who says the touchscreen stopped working, you did not have to get a whole new phone. I just recalibrated it and now it works fine. The only problem is sometimes messages dont send but all you have to do is turn it off and back on. Other than these two things, it is a great phone!

My 3rd Impression just broke yesterday. It is always the touchscreen that becomes unresponsive, or you push a button in one spot and it activates another button a 1/2 inch away. Very frustrating so many displays keep failing. AT&T now tells me I am out of warranty, and still 6 weeks away from any type of discounted replacement eligibility. Ugh!!! :-(

this is the worst phone i have ever owned. I just accidently broke my 4th one. the software for this phone is god awful. I feel sorry for anyone that got dupped into buying this phone.

the performance of any phone and how long it will last is dependent on the usage. i know that some phone may be defective from the factory, but if properly utilised you can still get the best from it. so in buying any phone always try to understand the specification of the phone for utmost performance.

This is not a good phone...I went through 3 of them and the touch screen went out on all of them.

Im on my 4th Samsung Impression and I will not recommend it to ny one. All of these phone do the same thing. My brother also have the Impression and he is on his 2nd 1. After a month of so you notice that when you text the keys start to stick. You press a letter and it select it 2 or 3 times that's the start of the end of your phone. After the keys start to stick the Impression will start to slow down, press the menu and it takes a few sec. to do any thing after that it's all down hill then the touch screen becomes none responsive. Your touch screen phone don't work anymore. All 4 of my phones did the same and my brother 1st Impression did the same and now his 2nd is on the 1st step to going bad,6 phones to people what do you think, bad phone or just us and every one else that have had the same luck with the Samsung Impression. Take it from me if you want or need to keep you phone #, pics or videos don't save them on your phone you will lose them when the screen stop responding.

I have had this phone for two months and i am on the 4th phone it is horrible i have had to warranty this phone over and over because it freezes on me all the time doing simple tasks. I go to take a picture half the time i have to take the battery out and put it in and hope the picture i want if its scenery doesnt change. Takes too long sometimes to send a text and then i have to restart to have it actually send the picture
