There is no 3.5 mm audio jack on the phone, as says the spec sheet here.
And someone needs to figure out how to turn that "ask for permission before accessing the web" thing. It's a royal pain.

Your problem with the battery is the 3G. Just like a blackberry, just like the i-phone, 3g eats up your battery like crazy. If i dont use the internet, my battery lasts 3 days, which is reasonable i think.
One thing though : Why does it have to ask permission EVERY SINGLE time it acceses the net? I use Google Maps a lot, this is crap.

I owned this phone for less than a day. I found the call quality on it terrible. The receiver made it sound lile like the caller was covering their mouth while talking. Had to send it back. Not sure what I will replace it with though.

yeah... that was useful when the first cell phone came out back in..19XX. Next thing you know, Samsung will ask us to charge next phone for 24 hourse before usage...

Not sure why you 2 have had issues with the battery. I have had none. Be forewarned that with any battery comes great responsibility. If you charge your phone when it doesn't need charging, you're going to kill the battery life expectancy...

when samsung will realise that battery is one of the most imp. feature of any phone. it should be atleast 1500 mah. I am sure due to poor battery it,s going to be a big flop.
