Julie: To add a word when you scroll through all it's suggestions it will eventually say 'add' at the top of the screen. Press on where it says 'add' and it let you enter a word.
To add mp3 as message tone go to 'settings' then 'sound settings' then 'message tone' then 'text message' then 'tone' it will then come up with all the folder options, just find the one you want.

Hi. Can some1 pls tell me how to set mp3 for text alert?
Also i have the t9 dictonary up for texting but not sure how to add a word in the suggestion list?

Yes it does have a speaker phone. I've had this phone for six months now and think it's great, but I'm changing it next week for the Samsung F480 as it's even better!

To Julie, easy reply is yes to all your questions!
To Paul this is a very good phone, I own one but if your not just after the designer name I would opt for the F480 which is due for release soon, it's still touch screen but has much better features and the software has been updated from the Armani so it works much better.

Hi. Want to buy this phone but need some questions answered pls! PLEASE.
1. Can you use a mp3 for message alert.
2. Does it have t9 dictonary.
3. Can you have a wallpaper of your choice on the front screen.
4. Can you make folders of your own like images, music, videos etc.
5. Is the ringing volume loud!
6. Can you add a picture to a contact so it comes up when that person is calling,
Will buy phone once my questions are answered, so pls if you own this phone, pls help!!

i was reading a lot of forum and the half of then says the the phone has wi-fi , the others says tha the phone does not have it ....the phone have or not wifi ??

i had this phone for a week now. the touchscreen need s a bit of practice to use, good if your fingers are small. but i still thing LG Viewty touchscreen is much better and much easier to use Samsung Armani. e.g I need to press twice on the screen just to start a funtion like 'create message' or go to 'camera' mode. with LG viewty, smooth touching! Armani Battery life is good. I use it for sms, short conversation, photo taking and a bit of video shoot....it last for 3.5 days before it went flat....i switch on the phone at an average of 16 hrs per day. pic and video output not bad too.
overall Armani is an o.k phone with good small slim stylish design. that is all.

a stylus doesnt work with this phone. Only fingers or... other bodyparts hehehe.
But dont worry. The interface is made to use fingers. It will take you some days, but it will work

Does anyone know if an XDA stylus works with this phone?? Reckon it would be soooo handy for texting and stuff!!
