The case doesn't have the extra battery like the P300 (I have one of those as well) but the battery is pretty good, will last about 4 days with moderate use.

HI..
I have had the samsung p300, although I cannot compare the armani and the p300 but still I have a question: How is the sound of the armani phone? and if you set your alarm with the armani can you choose among your mp3 file on the phone?
Thank you in advance..

cymbalrocks:
Yes it does come with a charger. Not sure about swapping it for from an iphone. If you want to use your phone for music and web browsing you cannot beat the iphone, I had a go of one the other day and was hugely impressed, the touch screen and response is far superior to the Armani. Would I have one, no as I wouldn't use half the features and I like small compact phones and you can't beat the Armani for that.
And for the person who keeps asking about the document viewer, yes it has one as a background application, you won't find it in the menu but when you click on the appropriate file it will open it. The review of this phone on this sites home page shows it.

I love everything about this phone, BUT I have one question? How's the reception?!?! Without the 850 band, are you finding the signal off a lot?

Hi, seems like I still don't have a "for sure" answer... can anybody tell me FOR SURE whether you can access Office Applications on this phone? Atleast view them? I know the specs show that you can, but I would like to know from someone who has ACTUALLY used it, cause when I saw the phone (for a short time), I was not able to find the applications!! Please HELP - really want to buy this phone, but not if it does not allow me to view Office applications!!..

Thanks for all your comments. I had the opportunity to unbox one and look at it yesterday and it looks brilliant in the least. One last question, (and a stupid one at that heh) I saw the bluetooth headset but dont remember seeing a charger for it ?
Thanks again.

cymbalrock:
Yes it does have a document viewer, although I haven't tried it. The specs list it capable of viewing .pdf .doc & .xls files.
When not using the memory card it's not too slow, a slight lag but you get used to it. It's the memory card where the real slow issues are.

I have had teh pleasure of 1st owning a Samsung D500 and now a U700.The problem I have with the product though is that both phones in their + - 5 month of owning it the screen has given me problems and I have had to send for repairs ( fortunatley still under gaurentee so at no charge ) for fixing. I am then stuck without a phone for nearly 3 weeks at a time adn find that extremely frustrating.Do all your brands have this problem.

Ive had this phone for only a week and im already at breaking point with it. its completely slow and non-responsive and no offence to any1 with large/fat fingers, you are NOT going to b able to navigate ur way around this or text AT ALL. ive small hands/fingers and txting on this phone is almost impossible. This is a beautiful looking phone, dnt get me wrong, but i didnt buy it to stare at it!...i bought it to txt mainly and make the occassional call as u would expect from a mobile phone. on the plus side u get beautiful accessories free with it. a lovely black cover for it, velvet pouch, free memory card etc. However, i feel i will return this, as im still in my "cooling off period".
