could any one clarify if there is any setting to change the tone after an sms has been send or after doing an outgoing call, the tone that shows you the remaining balance of your account???

I've been trying to connect to NPS with my phone and its says I must select PC studio from the phone, where do I find this.I'm so frustrated I cant upload my pics and videos to me PC.

Can i read the arabic or urdu masseges on my samsung
B3210 mobile phone. If yes how to read that plzzz tell me.
Becouse i got some messages in arabic but i cant able to read that becouse its shown square boxes messege,
then i took my another cheep mobile i kept my sim on that its shown very clearly then i shocked. Tell me if theres any setting i have to change or what.
plzzzz help me about this matter.
