My phone also goes on and off by itself...this is so not on SAMSUNG!!

I h... moreif you are facing this problem do one thing consume the whole battery till it drains and then charge the phone on switch off mode i mean to say switch off the phone and the charge it and then see if you are facing the problem again or not

While adding a new contact,
in the phone number part i am not able to insert "+" symbol. how to add that?
eg. if i want to add a number +919000000000, i am not able to input that "+" thing.
In all of my previous phones i was able to do that.
