For the samsung B3310 Series to effective a person should have the use of all its functions and all and all functions should work properly. I think this phone is useless to the people here in the US because it is a UK product and as a citizen of the US i am not able to access all the functions this phone has to offer such as the mobile tracker, setting security/changing pass codes. I need the pass code for these functions and i am not able to obtain this information so for me this phone is useless since i am not able to use all the functionality of this phone. this phone is useless.battery life sucks,internet browsing not good at all,speaker quality bad..camera ok,
qwerty keyboard facilitates messaging but all good points come to naught when the battery is dead.

To reject calls from certain numbers automatically, use the auto rejection. To activate the auto rejection and set up the reject list,
1. In Menu mode, select Settings → Application settings → Call → All calls → Auto reject.
2. Scroll left or right to On.
3. Select Reject list.
4. Press → Add → New.
5. Enter a number to reject and press .
6. Repeat steps 4-5 to add more numbers.
7. Select the check boxes next to the numbers.
8. Press → Save.
9. Press .

this phone sucks i had this phone for 3 months now and everytime i go to open a pic message my phone freezes and the only way to get it to unfreeze is by taking out the battery and putting the battery back in...or half of the time i go to send a message my phone automatically shuts off on its own....and the majority of the time when i try to do something on my phone like go to a message to send a message it will freeze or go to slow...it take like 5 minutes just for the phone to send a message and forevor just to try and recieve a pic message and half of the time the phone wont even recieve pic messages... and the pics on the camera part comes out blurry...... and it takes anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes just to connect to a call when you are trying to call out on this phone.....and it likes to disconnect when you are talking to someone in the middle of the conversation...the battery life sucks....and it takes forevor just to download a ringtone i would not suggest getting this phone at all it is a waste of money so dont even bother with this phone

I have had so many problems with this phone. Not sure if its the phone or the service. Sometimes i can get pictures and videos and sometimes i cant. Sometimes I can send pictures or videos and sometimes I cant. Its just a pain in the butt to guess when something will send and when it wont.

kimooo, 24 Dec 2010how i can find the mobile ring tons i cant found it int... morethats easy, you just go to settings then click on the phone profiles. then you just click the normal button and click the option button and select edit. scrool down and you are able to see voice call ringtone and click the default ringtones.
