Using this phone for a week after Nokia,SE,Moto,Micromax,Blackberry. Used to change phone once every year. This year is for Samsung.
Now it is shipped as GT B3313 with Facebook, orkut, myspace etc…
Pros:
Weird but cool compact design (I like the design in Jade green)
Easy and fast access unlike Nokia
Easy Texting and community page upgrades
Rich sound quality
All accessories (Data cable, 1GB card, Headset, Charger, PC Suite CD)
Low cost alternative to other Branded qwerty’s
Cons
Not applications friendly
Not Internet friendly
Low resolution camera (No flash)
No 3mm Headphone jack
No Wifi, 3G, GPS
Overall I am marginally satisfied with this phone. U can go ahead with it if you just need Texting and regular phone features.

preeti, 04 Jun 2010i m planning to buy this phone i.e. samsung corby mate........ morehi.. your idea is very good, but i cannot tel d information bcoz i dnot have an idea ...plz do onething plz send Rs 5089/- to my account.. so i can buy and tell u d opinion on samsung... i am sure ur idea is good.. good phone.. nice look... nice idea... keeeeeeeeeeeeep it up...............

@ Tosin... B3310 is the Corby mate. Check the box and FYI my sister owns it. So i know.

i think dat most of u r all mixing it up cos the samsung B3310 is different from the samsung B3313 corby mate.so check well before buying.

the same size of a gps sd card uses will work on your phone
just ask any digital store that sells cell phones for a 2gig or 4gig micro sd card.

really slow when i using opera mini on it, it isn't like other phone. when u install opera mini there are options to determine the connection. you only can use the "http" not "socket". it makes the internet connection more slowly..

this is a fanastic phone iv had it fr nearly a year nd it works perfect, but can any1 pls tell me can i get a new back fr it coz i lost my old 1 pls help my lovely phone :(

this is such a cool phone..it really loud..i have no problems with it but if your having problems with it maybe you should look after it properly..

Can people please speak properly instead of 'dis init' it makes you look stupid. any way this is not a great phone but if you want it i say go for it its not terrible and wont be too much trouble so enjoy.

preeti, 04 Jun 2010i m planning to buy this phone i.e. samsung corby mate........ moredefine the purpose for which you are buying this phone. if you are buying it for texting, listening to music with some basic functions and if you are living in the city with many mobile towers its good and pleasent phone to use. but if you are a kind of application geek, like using the latest phone application eg. gmail,opera, ebuddy..etc... and if you want the things to happen real quick and also if you are away from towers and city don't buy this phone this will surely disappoint you.

Anonymous, 01 Jun 2010How can i put java games in it with usb?it doesn't support games with size more than 500kb. and you can't install the games thru usb. try this, put the the game, with the .jar and .jad file to the memory card or phone memory. and using the phone select the .jad file, the phone will automatically install the game.most of the good games that come are above the size than the corby mate can install or work on.
