This samsung Bt3410 is worst mobile we cannot download any viedos and chat is also worst mobile in this world.

even i'm suffering from same internet problem......... it'l get downloaded til 90 % then it'l reject very bad mobile by samsung..

this phone is too bad.......... becoz it's everything is bad...... nothing is good....... never buy this phone......... i am too sad to buy this phone...... alaways buy nokia phones.... that is too much better......... never buy samsung mobile..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i.ve been using this phone for more than 1 year now , and simply the is what is good and what is really bad :
good things :
1-price is cheap
2-good looking
3-camera is OK
4-battery lasts for 2 days depends on you.
5-screen is really good (never scratch)
6-never hangup unless you go to conversation on messages
7-solid handset.
bad things:
1-a choise of 2 themes only
2-not supported for youtube.
3-doesnt have flash light
4-low internal memory
5-that messenger neverworks
6-touch is not that good.
7-be ready to lose all of your credit cause of the auto lock thing is sooooooooooo bad .

The worst of all. You cannot lock it in a proper way. Put it in your pocket and it will, sooner or later, be calling any contact in you directory.
Other. Although the screen is good, the software uses it awfully with big font types that you cannot change.
One of the worsts phones I have ever had.

this is very worst model in samsung. i m really so sad buyin dis mobile. dis mob s automatically restarted. worst worst worst. samsung care is also v.bad.
