I've been using this phone for almost a year now. There are actually no major problems with this phone except there's no wifi and not a 3g type phone. Yes we can customize the sms ring tones to our desired tones.

dont buy this fone at all, its a c grade fone, and does not support even java ssoftwares also, i have buyed this fone in feb 2010 & went to service center in april, i am fed up of this fone

This Phone is the Best phone I have ever used or seen.
Simple to use and very handy. Good one. I am using this for about a year now and its worth buying. Please buy this phone if you are planning to buy it. There are only few phones in the world which are worth buying it at this price range.
