Updated review - Have used this phone for around a week now -
1) Battery life is Amazing - nearly 4 hours of calls, lots of playing with the settings, playing around an hour of music over blue-tooth, and it was still half charged!
2) Speaking of bluetooth stereo, you lose volume control in playback, so your bt headphone/speakers better have its own volume control;
3) Qwerty keypad pretty much mistake proof - keys well spaced and responsive, and tolerant of slap-dash banana-fingered (attempted) speed typing
4) Box doesn't come with USB cable! Bad bad Samsung! Points knocked off because the memory card is not hot-swappable - You have to take the back-plate And the battery out to access it - Everything else in the £80 PAYG bracket from what I've seen comes with a cable, and I'd suggest a cable is essential kit if you have to dismantle your phone to swap around your music/photo/video files.

Hi. I have seen the phn and i liked it. Wanna buy it for my younger brother. But b4 buying it i have a question though i have seen the specs in the site. Does it have ui accelarometer sensor? I mean i have seen to rotet the display when qwerty slides down. Wanna exactly know if it has accelarometer mode in photo or in vdo mode without opening the sliding keyboard. Thnx in advance.

how to enhance the messaging ..
only 200 messages can be there in the inbox ..

what to do ..i gifted this phone to my mom..n shes facing hell lota problems with messaging .. can anyone help with this..

the messaging of this phone is poor.
only 200 msgs can be stored..do you know how to enhance the inbox or message storage capacity

hi, Can any one help me, i get a new B3410 but i can't go online with ( ebuddy , Nimbuzz , Fring ... etc ) even the mobile messenger Palringo dose not working , iam really need Msn , yahoo , facebook IM.

quine, 02 Apr 2010After 2 weeks of usage i am quite disapointed with this pho... moresori to hear that. i think u should have read the specs first before you bought it; this is a basic phone so you can't expect anything from it; it's quite expensive bcoz its touchscreen and qwerty.

After 2 weeks of usage i am quite disapointed with this phone: it is pure marketing.
I needed good messaging and ease of access. Guess what?
The email client is very weak, it has palringo preinstalled and you cannot connect to MSN nor yahoo.
It DOES NOT support widgets. Instead it has some shortcuts which the marketing departments calls "widgets". And to be worse, you cannot customize them. Everything you install goes to Apps-games&more..
Considering that those were supposed to be the strong points of the phone.. you are left with a poor camera, bad sound, bad sensitivity touchscreen, no wifi, no hsdpa gadget. And of course, expensive.
I just gave it away and got a Nokia E63 which is much more expensive... I wanted to save, ended up paying much more

Similarly restaurants, cafes, etc that have wifi can allow u to access the internet wireless.
Generally people who have a Wifi internet connection are recommended to keep a security code or password to keep people from access the internet without their consent so many times when u try to access it, it would often ask for a PIN/password

wiki, 01 Apr 2010how many messages can you store in maximum?Apparently 300 on the phone and 50 on the sim (sim storage varies). Its pretty dodgy in that respect, i mean most phones have a limit based on available storage :(
