I've just had a customer come in with this phone, it had a 8Gb SD memory card inside.. But will not read the memory card... Tried another handset (same) just to make sure it wasn't a faulty handset.. But yet the same issue happened. Would not read the 8Gb SD memory card..
Will only read upto a 4Gb memory card.... Can GSM update this on there pages... :) Thanks

hi i am really confused b/w this and nokia 5530 which one to go for i m really msging freak so just want to ask how much msgs it can store and can we shift our msgs to mem card plz do reply otherwise i switch to nokia 5530 for the same reason of storing there msgs in mem card plz do do reply thanx

i have this phone..its very good phone it is easy to use and easy to click in screen than corby.i love the qwerty keypad..all i can say ITS NICE PHONE and AFFORTABLE

A good phone, just no Wi-fi. The CorbyPro B5310 is an upgraded version of this one. it has wi-fi and a 3.2MP Cam.

I bought this phone last week at SM Sucat, forgot the place. But if you plan to buy this is Samsung it would be P7900.00
The touchscreen is responsive, better than 5800, if you would ask me. Comparable to LG Kookie, but way lower than an Ipod Touch (because Ipod touch is mutli touch).
So far it has never lagged or hang. Slider works really well. If you want to impress people with an unpopular phone, buy this one.

does it use a resistive type of touch screen? or a capacitive type?? and really how much color does it offer? 16M or 262K? different reviews says it sports 262K. im confused. just had to know. thanks a lot

As it's not 3G there will be a few issues but it's generally quite good. Just don't be expecting to watch videos or listen to podcasts. It's, for the most part, strictly images and text only.

Just bought the phone for £80 It is the best phone on the market for the price I downloaded the samsung software, it works a treat. The qwerty keybord is solid and it is a really good phone.
