The Samsung B3410 has pink and blue colored phones. Can we get the Samsung B3410 Ch@t in those color too? Or at least change the phone cover?

i have rs8500 ther... moreNope, phone has no problem but sometimes it's slowing down in the main menu or writing something while using physical keyboard. If you like to write fast on the physical keyboard, you might be dissapointed.
I use music player, on any phone. But I hate Samsung's phone players. In B3410W, you can't see the last listened, or now playing song on the song list. It's not easy to access.
By the way, sometimes it's closing network widgets (facebook, twitter etc.) because of low memory. And it hasn't got 3G. GPRS is really slow dude. Make your choice :)
