kr, 21 Mar 2012shared memory sucks... the memory card memory cant be used ... moreits not true .go to the setting in the main menu\memory settings\defualt memory\blue tooth\ then change ir from phone memory to memeory card and save :-) i have recieved files more than 50 mb with this phone .meybe yuor using the b3410 not b3410w.

shared memory sucks... the memory card memory cant be used to to store bluetooth went being send from other sources... 16 mb not enought .. cant set ringtone went memory from phone is low... cant changed the default memory... apps is limited.. water easily enters the screen .... but dryies off after a long time few hours.. even after the upgarde of this b3410w model...

i have also this 1 mobile its very good and i like it but unfortunate i had been forgotten my simcard passward in my phone and now i can 'nt activate any other simcard if there is some possible to solve his problem plz tell me .....

THAN, 14 Jan 2012My phone doesn't respond to touch and also the qwerty is no... moreseems like ur phone always falls around. i do hv 1 and this happen lately. unresponsive touch screen but i just consider that was my fault give my kids playin around wth the device.. as we know, all electonic devices cant hold hard shock even manufacterd never say so. hardly advice to change the new device. slaid problems always come wth the cabel tape below the screen, try to have a look the cable, maybe it broke

a.k, 25 Dec 2011where can i download the theme??!! this phone is not calour... moreagree.. try google in samsung default html comes with the phone app. i think there is the best way to find what ur lookin 4. but like always, there isnt much chooseable.

does anyone know what java application i can use for this phone to read pdf or txt file ebooks? the builtin software for pdf reader sucks, can't fit the text on screen so you have to always scroll to left and right to read.

Earth, 19 Nov 2011My b3410w is hanging not working the touch screen,,what can I do?dont make phone memory full ,try not using phone memory and use memory card ,when memory of the phone is full it slows down the phone speed ,for yuor problem i siggset a factory difualt rest .
