I am a die-hard fan of the STAR. It is a very stylish phone. I wonder why Samsung doesn't come up with a QWERTY version of the STAR. Yes, CORBY PRO is there, but I just don't like the entire CORBY range. It would be great if we had the CORBY PRO in the exact same shape of STAR WI-FI with a Stylus, 1500 mAh battery, wi-fi, 3G, 5 mpx camera with 30fps recording, at least LED flash & auto-focus (ok even 3.2 mpx will do), Hot-swappable External Micro-SD card slot and Orkut added to the SNS. If they can give a SUPER AMOLED screen much better. Ok thats all, I am asking too much.

Just bought it last night - Lovely keypad to look at and use, backplate looks really cheap, takes a bit of getting used to because you've got the qwerty keypad And the touchscreen - Case to point, when I was registering w Orange over the phone and it was asking me for numerical input, I flipped open the keypad to get to numbers and it went into messaging mode, lots of confusion later ended up having to talk to a person (imagine!) to finish registration.
Haven't tried camera (2mp deffo low end for the £, and video is qvga @12fps - what's that about?!), mp3 and radio all sound pretty ok.

i was buy this phone but it is not a good phone overall. expecting Qwerty keypad and mp3 sound..FM sound was not bigger...comparison to this u can prefer to buy nokia 5230 with larger screen and extra facility...

hi to the people who r lookin forward to getting this lovely peice of tecnology, i got this phone like 2 months ago and i have no complains. it is really nice and elegant looking and apart from that it has really good features, cameara takes really good quality photos and the texting keyboard is really awsome fun and fast. really worth the money......
