this phone does have bluetooth, i have one myself! and no it doesnt have a memory card slot.
QUESTION-
does anyone know how to set your background (a downloaded image you have via bluetooth) as your background without the photo cutting off just above where it says menu? if you could change that i would really like to know how! thanks :)

This specs are incorrect.
This phone hasn't got card slot.
Under the battery you just have the SIM card.
I have one like this.

samsung b520 is a nice and the best phone in it's price category. it has some expanded features like- java world, music player,card slot, openwave browser etc.

This is an excellent phone for the price guys. That 3.5 mm jack is precious, not to mention the support for microSD cards. The music interface may be clunky and outdated but who cares? This is as good as it gets in this price range. (Same goes for lack of bluetooth.)
And I don't know about you guys but I LOVE this phone's keypad.

I am using this phone for last on month. There are lots of disadvantages as below:
1. Play list is limited to 30 songs
2. You cannot create new play list
3. If I run the music player for more than 1 hr or so, Mobile is getting switched off automatically
4. Opening at the back side (for battery replacement) is opening often
5. Key pad is not convenient as in other phones.
6. Music -> "Add from memory card" option does not recognize the folder under Music. Means, in a memory if you create a new folder under music and if you try to pull these files to music player, it wont pull. it says Music folder is empty, You need dump all the files in a single folder Music

Guys the phone SGH-B520 does not have bluetooth and cannot play a video player;however if you buy this same phone in the middle east it has the infrared option
