I've used the phone for over a month. Not too impressed with the alarm clock and the countdown timer. Why does Corby have to save a separate copy of the pictures that i chose for my contacts and the mp3 for my alert tones into the phone memory, when the same files are already saved on my microSD?

Hi I have just bougt the phone , this phone really rocks ,everything is superb . I am just facing a samll problem , that while its keypad locked , the light gets on automatically . If you know the solution please post it here

I think you have tried to use exchange activeSyne in the menu. if u have configure it try to delete any configuration in it ..
As after configuring it start searching for to syne with any other device and deletes all the details from the phone memory.
I have faced this problem whenever i use this application.(IT IS JUST OF NO USE)
Kindly follow what i have mentioned then u won't have that problem.
Also, if u have a large phonebook entries try to take backup of phonebook & SMS using KIES software.

Hi i was wondering if anyone can help me!!! i just got this phone and love it! I see that this phone also has the youtube application.
But why when i go on this site and try to play a video its buffering and doesn't do anything after that.
It just says that the connection failed. Please help!!!!

the mobile accepts only jar files bt hw to install thm on fone.. i created html file bt i culdnt see anythng like to install....wts the crct mthd to install games of jar files?

Here I am facing very different problem.
I purchased samsung corby pro 3 days back. The problem I am facing is its phonebbok get erases automatically within 2 -10 hrs.
I am very much frustated now. does anybody faced such problem ?
Also after doing some r&d, i came to know that whenever I use exchange activesync, my phonbook get deleted.
PLease help...m really getting frustated....

hi concorde11, or anyone else who could help, i live in new zealand ,and i have an aunt in the phillipines who could get me the corby pro, i was just wondering if anyone knows for sure if it would work on vodafone, and iv had very bad experiences with the vodafone 541, its so laggy i was nearly put off touch screens permanently, does the corby pro lag at all, if you do not put too many widgets on the home screen anyway,and just overall is a good phone for a teen who would mainly only use it for facebook, txting and music, and how durable is it, i am likely to drop it at least a few times

Is there any way of inserting smileys.. other than the old fashioned :-) or :-(.. I had W810i previously, and had some good funny smileyes that are actual pics and not a combination of characters.. Overall the texting is very good and easy, but the smileys are dearly missing.. or am I missing it somewhere??
