Bought my CorbyPRO B5310 last January 30 and had problems the next day, the battery wasn't charging. The retailer won't take it back anymore stating that I had to use the Samsung warranty.Since then I've been experiencing bad customer service @ the service center at SM Annex in Quezon City. The reps have no sense of urgency even if the center is overflowing of irate queuing people. They are indifferent of the plight of their customers. When you finally get your number called after about 2 hours of waiting, they will tell you to call in 5 days just for the status of your phone. This was on February 2. They only have 2 phone numbers and it's either nobody answers or the line's always busy. When you finally get to talk to them, they will tell you that the main board of your phone needs to be replaced and that will take another 2-3 weeks for the parts to arrive. I keep asking them to just replace the unit with a new one but they say that the warranty only covers parts and repair and not cosmetics (casing). That 2-3 weeks turned into 7 weeks. I finally got my phone on March 21, but the phone lost reception after I got home. I went back the next to have the phone checked. They said I have to check my phone back in. I followed up on March 30 and they said the phone was ready for pick up. Since the store was closed the next for the Holy Week, I went back Easter Sunday, April 3. They are not saying that the main board needs to be replaced (again!). I told the rep, Grace, that I haven't even used the phone for more than a total of 24hrs because of the time the phone had to be with them. She was rude. She turned her back to me while I was still speaking and slammed the office door by the counter when I told her they replaced the main board the first time. After almost half a hour of waiting, she finally came out. She said that she will request to have the unit replaced with a new one and at the same time request for a new board. When I called to follow up last April 10, I spoke to a Wilton and he said that they are still waiting for the parts to arrive. I told him about the unit replacement as Grace promised he said that she was on break and not there to verify. The only thing showing on their system was the parts replacement. I've trying to get a hold of them via the phone but it's always busy or just keeps ringing, even as early as 10.30AM today.

[deleted post]Nokia C6 is a smart phone.. it has a symbian os, good cpu and 128mb ram.... Other than that it has a 5MP cam with flash 30fps video recording, gps, A-gps with latest nokia maps.
In C6 you can install third party gps navigation softwares like garmin, corby on the other hand could only execute java apps like gmaps; symbian has a huge apps store for all kinds of software.
When the C6 is out it would cost just as much as corby pro ... I wouldn't waste my money on Corby pro now nor ever,unless it gets a cpu and a symbian /wm /android os.with a decent ram and an led flash light.

Hi there,
Can anyone tell me is it advisable to go 4 slider model. I checked at the store but they say samsung makes a lot of slider model and no complaints as such . Is it true? I already had a nokia 6265 slider type and the slider got spoiled after the warranty and had to spend a lot.
Also can anyone tell me i am more a multimedia person so the blackberry 8520 will be better or corby pro?

now m facin two problems:
i) when m downloadin after sme completion an error keeps on popin,,i tried it many times,,,m usin airtel...
ii) how to download youtube videos n other videos....?????
