there is a procedure to do tht its called flashing ..bt that voids the warranty..a program called tk file explorer..u cn download it from here :

Connect Your handset in PC Studio Mode
Step 2. Open Samsung PC Studio & Disconnect your Phone from software by right clicking the icon of phone. (Not from your USB)
Above step is must don’t open TK file explorer before that.
Step 3. Open TK File explorer
Go To >> Settings
Select COM Port whatever available & Keep rest things as it is. Click OK
Step 4. Go To FILE >>Connect
Then the bottom dialogue box will open.
Go To> EXE > Java > Games
Step 5 : Create new folder in Games of the name of your Java Game or App. E.g, Opera
Then Open it (It must be blank) >> Then copy paste your JAR & JAD file there. (You can also navigate from upside dialog box & then download it. Its complicated, so better Copy & Paste)
And that’s it repeat same steps if you want to add more. Then GO to File >> Disconnect
Now you can remove Your Samsung corby from USB
Step 6 :
On your keypad type code : *#6984125*#
Then from the list Select > Internals
Then Enter following password or unlock code there *#9072641*# touch Confirm.
Then Select > Storage Mode
Now first click Update Java DB
Then scroll down & click Update Apps Database
Guess What You are done ….
Go back to your phone & application >> Games & More & you ll see your new apps or game appearing & working cool with your star 3G Device.

Finally it's available in Manila! Got mine at Quality Cephone at West Ave. for P11,350 only! I'm loving it! Btw, mall phones are so much more expensive (overhead costs ofcourse) so get your phones on stores like this one. Look for them via theire website at CMK Cellphones.

.u need laptop with lan conection with wifi in ur laptop and ur phn...go to control panel and establish a ad hoc network.u cn find it on google how to establish ad hoc..then u need to enable sharing in ur lan connection..keep it open network and disable proxy and ur antivirus.in phone all u need is static ip.proxy (if u r using one)..satic ip ,dns and default gate way..
go to command prompt in ur lappy type ipconfig ..u'll get ur wireless ip adress ..ur subnet mask
suppose ur ip is 172.16.1.20 and ur subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
the ur static ip becomes 172.16.1.21(last digit +1..same series)
subnet becomes 255.255.255.0(same) and defuault gateway as 172.16.1.20(ie ur lappy ip address)
keep dns unchecked...in proxy(if ur r using one)proxy comes in first then ':"then ur port..like if m using proxy as 172.1.12.6 and port as 8080 the in proxy coloumn it should come as 172.1.12.6:8080

just find the mobile store location list on the net, call them up from your number and book your set, the have a supply, although not in abundance as i could sense, but yes a few are out there. from what i overheard while getting mine was that there are some in rk puram mobile store and some in rajouri.

1.nonsense is the word, for those who say it is not worth it.
2.the touch is excellent.
3.in fact the minute things that someone tech-savy would appreciate are all over the device.
4.the touch has single touch zoom, scroll control and screen sliding.
5.And for the naive out there, it has a calibration setup in the settings that you are supposed to complete with your finger touching the four corners of the screen in the middle of the target, so go do that first, and then complain.
6.yes you can install third party software, supports java, now i know only java does not make everyone happy, but trust me, in the world of java you will find all you need.
7.and leave the intricacy and buy the phone if you feel like it, be free in the mind (this is not your last phone for life, so go ahead and try it with a smile, it will maintain your smile.)
