Hi there. i cantfix the problem with my B5722 and windows seven!?? (only conect in mass storage mode). (windows seven 64 bits). All my contacts are in outlook! Now what do i do? kies does not conect! dammm!

this phone is good because of its dual sim and its look.. simplicity without losing elegance.
but It's lacking 3G and Wifi

+I agreee with many that it is a very leniently made model, overlooking many applications.
After i got i found many drawbacks to this one.
-major thing is sms memory (limited to 500 with combined sims also)
-internet is slow , even than my Nokia 3110c a class 10GPRS phone(it shows 30 minutes to download for 1 MB video/song/mp3)
-Unwanted widget applications keep on poping up out of nowhere.
-even the earlier mentioned sms sending problems
-although i was able to run full screen videos(thanks to a software but was able to get only 5 , because of free limited trial)the software i found courtesy: my voracious search
-The Samsung Kies suite is the worst software i have ever face; firstly it does not install itself properly
another thing it does not co-operate with my pc and does not help me with any function
-i cannot transfer(no facility)my contacts stored on handset memory back on sim memory.

In my life I will never buy any samsung mobile now onwards..
I have samsung b5722(worst)
Problems
1.SMS capacity
2.If we send msg to group in sent it will save all msg individually not as a group as supproted by nokia mobile.
3.In group msg if U select some contact to send it might send msg to some other
4.Once on call waiting my friend call me during i was able to see his name but after first call ended it was showing some other name but no was my frnds..what is this???????????
5.Scrolling in folder is worst if u wana go at last song u have to go by scrolling every song and its very slow.
6.We can not install much software..
7.If u send group msg in if popup msg came with ur balance it will stop sending next msg till u press exit from that popup msg.
8.And much more...

As I have already requested you through my previous letter that I have purchased a cellular mobile set Bill no. 2293 dated 31.3.2009Amount of Rs 8500/- from your authorized show room M/s Triveni India Alwar, from the first day onwords the performance of mobile was very poor due to manufacturing defect, Battery back up, key pad and touch screen are not functioning properly. These defects have been clearly brought to your notice in above mentioned letters.
Sir, sad to say that you have not awakened up from your sound sleep inspite of my reminders. As no options are left, hence I have handed over the mobile set to my advocate so that he can approach the quality control board (Rajasthan Govt.& Govt. of India joint venture) and get the instrument checked. After getting the technical result a legal suit would be filed in court against your company so that I can get due relief.
Kindly note. As I don’t have any other mobile phone therefore for all other losses in the absence of mobile phone, your Samsung company would be held responsible. Also the technical results of the quality control board would be published in all the leading newspapers.
