1) can B5722 read emails or can it edit and download attachments for the emails also?
2) can both the SIMS be used at the same time ie., can i receive calls form both the sims at the same time?
3) Can GPRS work on both the sims?
4) how easy it is to chat on this phone. i mean to say ids is it easy to type on this phone?

in areas without network this phone puts the network indicator on full after seconds, and yet your still without network! they cant resolve this problem

even with handsfree plugged in mp3 will play thru ext speaker
u need to fiddle with it to get it playing thru headphones
no multitasking
cannot install themes
doesnt have virtual qwerty

Also as a solution to your problem, make sure you have winxp2 installed if using XP. tHERE should not be any problme with vista or win7
