hi in its feature there is written that it can support mp4 but it couldn't if any one could advise on this

I have not had value for money for this phone. My touchscreen is not working properly so i can not access certain functions. When i click on menu it takes me to keypad.

this fone is basically a piece of crap !!!!
user interface is really irritating..
touch is really poor !!!
software is bullshit !!!
cant play videos in full screen mode..
camera sucks !!!
turn on the flash light nd the foto will be surrounded by smoke !!
dont buy this fone !!!!
