choose network and call setting
after choose above, choose the 4th option n choose wcdma only
it will disable the gprs n edge...
if u cant change the setting, first re-enable the mobile network and retry the step above

karth, 18 Feb 2012mr jp ur wrong - videocall facitlity is very much available... moreu can make video calls on 3g network but vidoecalling via skype is not possible on this phone

mr jp ur wrong - videocall facitlity is very much available and i am using it effectiviely. this handset doesnt have any problems - i am using it for the last 1 year. Only problem is the internet sharing to the computer is pretty slow otherwise this is a reliable smartphone

hello,i have got only one problem with it .i dont know if its with the model or its only mine who has this problem. when i used it for some time ,the ringtone does not play well,stop between and play again.
has anyone got this problem ?
