how to view the video with sounds, everytime i want to play a song or video i can't hear the sounds is switched.off pls help

hey, i can't open my windows media player and library for my music. also, there are no ringtones and sounds when somebody msged or calls me...any help?

Any one have try this,
The volume key will no lock if you use "Auto Lock" function.
once I my B7330 "Auto Lock" after 1 min, but the volume key still able to function (mean no lock the volume key)
But if I use manual lock (Without activate auto lock function) the volume key is locked.

JAPES, 11 Nov 2010I had the freezing problem aswell. Took the phone back to m... morego to setting,phone,all call,band selection, here change to gsm900/1800 or chose what band is there.
