I think you may try to get Sim-card out then get it in and check... The device will detect the GPRS settings automatically otherwise you should call the service provider.

hi guys..i'm using this phone for a week now and i am satisfied with it. It has fast response and comes with preloaded apps. I bought it for Php14.9k here in the Philippines..Can anyone suggest for a site where I can download third party apps? Thanks

otherwise tab start, settings, connections, gprs and make sure that its set on "the internet" and also on "automatic" also go start, settings, connections, tab then menu and the advanced tab and make sure its on automatic

I have used samsung B7330 for more than 3 weeks now. Initially, I configured my phone's GPRS and internet was working fine. But these days my internet is not working again. Even GPRS OR 3G does not display on my phone. what do I do to make GPRS show on my Phone and internet working?

can somebody tell me how to configure the WiFi and the internet explorer. it always display page cannot be displayed on my explorer. maybe there's something wrong with my wifi or it's just my configuration please help. thanks! -aljon

Aroul Pondy., 18 Apr 2010Thanks. Mr.Raqee, one more this handset better to nokia e71... moreif you can afford the e72 it would be a better choice. The b7330 competes weith both e71 and e72, but the e71 is a much older phone than the b7330. Specs wise the e72 is better than the smasung.
Ive had the samsung for 2 weeks now and is very happy with it. Hasnt hung on me yet. Just install all your applications on your memory card and dont run too many programs at once. I hate the fact that it cant run a program in the background while you minimize it, it just pauses it.

B7330 hangs only if you misuse it like you click same icon twice and this can happen with all smart mobile phones. Don't use smart reader to shot the monitor of laptop.

B7330 OminaPro and B7330 Scala are same but the second one is for French countries if I'm not mistaken.
