hey 6.5.5 is is most advance version with soft touch than 6.1 man u can drag and drop the menu items to the place u like so easy then start menu and close button at down the screen r very useful
and u can download application frm marketplace and customize home screen as u like... fav applications contacts can add on ur home screens
anyway if u dont like then its ur wish i felt same when first time after knowing benefits i like this os has good graphics as well..

Anonymous, 09 Apr 2010even after retarting it says unsuccessfulpliz make sure ur not protecting ur registry with softwares such as pocket mechanic ,sk tools etc.
this has to work coz i have 3 omnia7610 in my circle and it worked for all og them the very first time.

shiva, 11 Apr 2010s every one has this problem with 6.1 bec carefull it will ... more@ shiva i flashed yesterday with 6.5 rom u gave in ur previous posts.... but on personal liking i am not liking 6.5 windows... coz it has only one menu page and the other it does not have the windows start drop down menu.......
i dumped my original rom using the software u gave .... but it has created a .bin file not a .nbo which octan uses
plz help...... as i want to flash back to 6.1
does regular flashing effects in a -ve way...

The in-voice quality is good won't sayh best but better the htc touch,blackberry 9700 or omnia 8910 i've used all three.moreover Shiva has provided with tweaks which increases the volume of the headset and the loudspeaker drastically.
so that means in-voice quality won't be an issue

Hi Shiva,
I have read a review about the B7610 and in the review they have mentioned that the OmniaPRO B7610 delivers below average in-call quality and what you hear is surreal voices that tend to get muffled, sometimes to the point of becoming practically unintelligible.
I am very interested in buying this phone but this review has created some doubt in my mind ....
I request you since you are using this phone to please tell me about the voice quality while making calls...
Your reply is eagerly awaited and you help will be greatly appreciated .

gets created in my storage card automatically and the storage card does respond or read.is anyone else also having this problem.
