There is absolutely no clarity or sharpness in the picture. Very bad photo. i was wondering if there is a problem in my handset since you all say that the pics are good. Is Win 6.5 available with samsung service centre in mumbai now? Let me give it a try.

As for your stylus, the fastest way to get one is buy a china made stylus that fit the slot. i would suggest however that you sandpaper the end of the tip so it will be smooth. Because most china stylus have excess plastic at the end.
I have been using my phone without the aid of a stylus and it works fine (even with some problems i am encountering) using only my fingers. Hope this helps.

Just got the phone a couple of hours ago...been playing with it...its aweSOME!! :)....Don't have enough time to tweak the phone for next few weeks...any small tweaks anyone suggests to have even better experience with phone for the next few weeks before i unleash the beast within???

hi! i like the d phone so much.. but d only problem on my B7610 is, when i go to messages inbox its very slow to appear it keeps reading. either i switch to thread or non thread its still the same i got 1,900 msgs on inbox..
anyone knows a solution?

shiva, 01 Apr 2010u will get styls only on service center Well I'm from America, so there's no option to choose this phone on the US site, and I tried switching to the Philippines site and contacting that way about the stylus, but they sent me a number for a place there to call about a replacement. I can't do that. You think if I would say I'm in America, they might be able to get one to me? Instead of them asking me to call someplace overseas?
That's why I was asking if an Omnia II stylus would work, because that has been released here in America, or any other Samsung phone.

Omnia Pro has got excellent specs, however I do not like the shape of the buttons below the display. The STAR Wi-Fi is a much better looking phone. If we can have it in that shape & design, with a SUPER AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, magnetic stylus, SnapDragon processor, Android OS, 8mpx autofocus camera @ 30fps with XENON FLASH, hot-swappable external micro-sd card slot, at least 16 Gb memory and a metallic chrome rim just like the STAR, it would be just great.

Anyone know where I can get replacement stylus's for this phone? I can't seem to find them anywhere, I've searched google for a couple hours all together, and no such luck. Maybe I missed them? I don't know, but I found this phone on ebay for pretty cheap, but it doesn't come with a stylus, and I need to get one.
By any chance, does any other kind of stylus fit in the slot on the phone? Like, say, the Omnia 2 stylus, or any other Samsung phone's stylus?

shiva, 31 Mar 2010am using vista ultimate that comes with hp laptop no proble... moreShiva,i think i need to have my computer checked. i could only download the device handbook but not the device center. This phone is slowly getting into my patience.
The samsung guys just reinstalled a new software on my phone because the other one was showing some failures. Now its under observation. If this again fails i will probably have to dump this and get a different model.
the samsung techs told me that there is only ONE mobile nos field in the contact and cannot be increased. I believe i really need to update this to win6.5.
I know you have posted before on how to install a win6.5 in this forum. Could you email me (brx0804@yahoo.com) the step by step on doing this. Sorry i am no nerd.

to stay long u need good hardware support so i think sony is better than samsung infact now both r china make so its hard to find out but samsung has more advance features thats wat i can say and u wont get much software r firmware update in sony buy samsung can do it...
