I sent that email via the swedish site under contact us as they were the country this phone was originally released.

If you go to your common site then figure out how you can contact them, open another window with the swedish site and follow the same steps as the layout is virtually identical.

it is the best phone and i love it a lot. if you want to buy a dual sim phone then it is a perfect model in samsung having all the features but only thing is it has got TFT Resistive screen.

As to why this set is not available on the site of SAMSUNG INDIA is strange.is site of Samung not updated or there is something else.Will SAMSUNG clarify it since mail sent to Samsung yet to be replied.

I do not own this phone but have contacted samsung in regards to this phone being dual sim and quadband. They gave the following response. Please excuse the translation issues.
Thank you for your E-mail to Samsung Electronics Nordic.
This phone card slots supporting different bands. Slot 1 supports GSM
850/900/1800/1900 MHz, samt3G 900/2100 MHz, while slot 2 only
supports GSM 900/1800 MHz. You can only dial out and use the services of these

and messages for both cards simultaneously.
You can not connect a call if you are talking with two persons
dialed in on the cards, but other features, such as Hold, you

hey, I have just bought this mobile, and it´s really looking awesome for my need, although I still need touse it more hehe. I got two questions if anybody can help me, is there a way to change the colour of the settings background?
Another thing is, how can I install new apps on it? where can I find new apps? Cheers!

but there is no task manager like Nokia
u can restore it from menu not pressing menu and choose from current working app
example
u minimized a game named "123" then u make a call or revived a call so u can restore it from
menu->games->123

I'm have bought this phone 5 days ago.....
this phone can:
1-receive 2 calls from the 2 sims at the same time.
2-make 2 calls from the 2 sims at the same time.
3- call sim 1 from sim 2 and the 2 from 1 at the same time
by the way I'M FROM Egypt and my network helps that by using simple operating frequency bands.

it will ask u if u want u "end app or minimize or cancel"
if u choose minmize u can restore the app again by running the same app again from the menu and u will find beside the app name icon of still (11) so if u press the app u wil restore it like nokia
