Pradip, 07 Sep 2011I have purchased one, but it doesnt match with my old sony ... moreLike most other handsets, I find it easiest to firstly using original handset, transfer or copy all of your contacts from phone to sim card, then simply remove sim from original phone and place into new handset, then you simply transfer from card to phone

petrosz, 10 Sep 2011Does this handset work with 3 network simcard? Yes it works on '3' network, which is why I bought it, I am currently using '3' and Orange simcards, previously I used T-Mobile, all contract sims.

Anonymous, 04 Oct 2011Is this phone dual sim active, can I receve calls and messa... moreYes you can take and receive calls and texts from either sim card at same time, for example I can be talking on one sim and still hear a 'beeping' from the other sim to advise someone is trying to get through on second sim number, or I can be on a call with one sim and still receive messages from the other. (I have had my B7722 for approx 12months and never looked back)

I have had my Samsung B7722 for about a year now and havent looked back, after trying other dual sim phones, I kept reverting to old handsets until this one came along. Now I just upgrade my phone contracts for best mins/texts, my daughter 'helps herself' to my free upgrade handsets, (including a HTC and a Blackberry handset), whilst I prefer my B7722. (Even the photos have been printed successfully). Both sims are active with independant ringtones, so I know whether it is family, OR THE BOSS! Now my son is trying to get his hands on one of his own, after unsuccessfully trying to bribe me for mine.

@Nithi . yes you can open front camera by dialling *#0*# and the image taken by the front camera will be stored in ram of phone
