I have purchased the above dual SIM Samsung mobile phone very enthuistically 7 months back.
But few days back it stopped working after charging it for 2hrs. With lot of disappointment went to the service cenre. Finally I received a call from service centre and came to know that phone was corroded due to moisture inside and cost of repair will be AED 1,245. I was shocked and clueless. Even though the cost of new mobile is AED 950 (appx.,)
I was very much disappointed to know that highly reputed international brand SAMSUNG finally blaming customer on the its usage and blaming atmosphere rather disagreeing on the manufacturing defects.
Even though product is still under warranty but the response was from SAMSUNG response was very poor and its big mistake buying these phone.
It looks SAMSUNG mobiles are not UAE atmosphere resistant.

hello,
actually, i am not happy with phone, it is not a mature handset:
i want to list out the problems i discovered till now in it:
1- you can t record a call when you are talking on it.
2- you cant browse anything except contacts while you are talking using the handset.
3-Camera looks fine, but when you download photos into you mobile: some of these photos will be corrupted (half of it is ok, and the other half is gray color only !!!)
4- using internet: every time i connect to internet using wifi: the connection setup is reset, and i need to enter password key.
5- different bands for SIM1, SIM2 (SIM2 is not tri band).
6- display: you can distinguish the picture elements (Pixels) in the screen. (bad resolution)
7- Kies software is a stupid one. for Samsung App.: you can not download any application into your phone using Kies, even GT-B7722 is not defined on the latest update version from Kies.
8- actually till now i dont know how to make firmware or software upgrade to this phone.
I Miss you Nokia, at least you are a user friendly one.

I had used this phone for 9 months, the phone is very stable, so far i did not encounter hang experience. This is the highest specification of dual sim phone in the market (3G + Wifi + 5MP camera). The only things i dislike is can't install much application, very poor screen display under direct sunlight and easy to have finger print on the phone.

Am using this mobile 2months. Facing problems 1.When we browsing some of the sites unable to zoom fully & msg appears - PAGES MAY NOT BE DISPLAY PROPERLY
2.When the call is on unable to go in menu. This cause major hesitation
anybody found solution pls reply

Hi phones users! i initially intended to buy LG GX500, after reviewing opinions, i opted for B7722, yet there are still discouraging opinions. it seems to me there will never be a perfect phone. so i'm going ahead to buy the stuff.
