This mobile is full of problems any time software complaint,its very slow touch functions and at the samsung costumer care very bad responce , samsung office staff won't do the needfull.this mobile totaly destroies the name of the company so pls don't buy this phone. loss of money

hello friends...
i bought this phone before 2 days...and i m using this phone plz dnt buy this phone.its ok for using 2 sim on both time.or camera is good.otherwise if u r using nokia phone u will never like this functions.i sale this phone after using 2 days and buy nokia e71.one time u can send only msgs 10 persons.when u on call u cannt open menu.touch very slow.

i had aproblem of phone switched off without appearent reason som times putting it on my desk and no one calling me for hrs when i remeber it i find it switched off this made me angry about it bcz i missed so many calls that som may be important>one advice me to change th ram .

Hello , I bought this phone last month, some basic menus are not there, like voice recording during call, you can t use menus during active call, you have to close browser to make urgent call if you are in internet mode.No explanation about synchronization's, active synchronization, how to use it, google maps not functioning , touch screen function not on during call in action , very difficult to note even number , not worth handset, except double sim in 3 G series

the disadvantage of this phone first thing you will notice is that it automatically disconnects when downloading some files. It happens when the wifi idles for a short time. you would have to start your downloading all over again its a pain really.
second page too large to display when browsing the sites it cant handle large websites...
sometimes the phone just reboot when it can hadle the site it visits although rarely happens
third the alarm display resets to its default settings. the alarm works but only the display resets
fourth camera is weak in low lights but with good lighting its fine
application
I wish I can upgrade the dictionary
I wish there is a sound edit tool also
MY VERDICT its a good dual sim cellphone but i dont recommend you buying this if your a heavy internet user or downloader.
