This phone has been with our family for 5 years already. It has been very loyal in serving its purpose as an emergency/temporary/second phone up to this day. However, the keypad really sucks. The rubber is now bloated and very noisy. :(

Hello. Just want to say that is a funcinal phone but the keyboard is just no good in quality and in usablibity, its hard to press same keys like the cursor keys included the ok the keypad is on rubber so the wearing is very bad therefore breaks easily.

I got this phone in Feb 2009 and I really like how it's light and how it fits well in my hands. Am all for battery life and even after twenty-one months, battery can last up to four days with minimal use (I text more often than I call). I'm changing phones today for the simple reason that the keypads have worn out and #2 and #5 are no longer functioning (I tend to press down hard on the keypad so after 21 months, it has endured enough). Overall, I've had a good experience with this phone.
