Samsung c160 is a good mobile phone, solid body, slim, good battery back up, FM radio, wap with average speed and mobile tracker but sometimes i feel this is not a enought function mobile should have usb port by which we can connect to pc and use the phone as a modem for internet, should have sd card slot, mp3 player.

macky, 14 Aug 2009how to open gprs of samsung c160?First you have to call your customer care of your service provider tell them that please send GPRS setting then they will send you under 24 hour. After that you can enjoy GPRS. If you are having Airtel sim then i can tell you.

Samsung C160 phone is made for those people who believe that "Mobile Hota Kis Liye Hai... Sirf Baat Karne Ke Liye..." -- means-- "Mobile is made only for the purpose of talking... and nothing else" If you follow this principle then this is the only mobile which is best in the market with low budget, good in looks, low weight, with speaker phone, good battery backup, good life, and so on. It is provided with FM Radio fascility, I think this is an extra advantage (or it is not needed for the above principle to follow). In Short, In Low Budget - This Is The Ideal Mobile To Use....

You will have to get activated MMS services from your services provider. Then only it is possible. There are some services like, Call Waiting, Call Conference, GPRS, MMS, etc. for which you will have to request to your service provider and get activated it on your mobile phone.

This mobile do not have usb connectivity port. So by connecting usb modem it is not possible to use internet services. so only option is to enable GPRS services and use internet. You can't connect internet from this mobile to your PC.

prasu, 06 Aug 2009how do download additional ringtones iwant additonal ringtones You will have to enable GPRS services on your mobile and for that you will have to request to your service provider (like vodafone, idea, airtel etc.)of which you are using services. After that you can access internet on your mobile phone using WAP and from there you can download new ringtones, wallpapers, etc. on your Samsung C160 mobile phones. This is the only way to add new ringtones, wallpapers, etc on your phone.

Samsung c160 mobile phone is good but it want some modification like increase the screen size , memory card slot , mp3 player , change the wap software and mobile phone comes with data cable for accessing internet by connecting to pc.Then this mobile phone become perfect.
