@VandenG
As in (almost) ALL Samsung phones, you can use numbers on the keypad to select a certain item on the menu.
It means that you don't have to use the "two arrows" as you call it.
It is faster to use the numbers, and you don't find this feature in Nokias or SEs.
I love Samsung (if it wasn't for the absence of voice dialing in Samsung phones, I would ONLY get their cells).

this phone is a joke!!! I must confess that the design is quite exiting because of it's slimness but for the rest!!!... It's slow! just two arrows to flight the menu!!! And i don't speak about the battery! 2 hours!!! COME ON!!!

I could have liked this phone but you really have to be living somewhere where there is strong reception...I live in a major australian city not 10km from the city center and the reception is ordinary compared to my partners phone...dont buy this phone if you are in a bit of a dodgy reception spot.

then single I can say that my purchase has been worth the trouble, although the equipment lacks many functionalities, this one is what is and is used perfectly for the aim that has been created, battery holds perfectly.

Whether it's Nok or Sam or SE, if you can "season" the fresh battery properly then adding a good 2 hrs. to the declared battery-life is a piece-of-cake. HONEST.

Lovely device. Excellent form factor. In a world of Flash Memory and Blu-ray storage systems, going for a bulky phone seems like a psychological [not technical] drawback.
A phone is a phone and should be respected and treated with that particular respect. Music, video, office dox, camera -- almost all those are now available with a phone. But the true charm of the phone -- the communication device -- is lost amidst of all the features.
As we know ... a Millionaire Dad/Mom can buy lots of pleasure for his/her kids but the time spent as Mill-to-Billionaire is the time lost as Daddy-time or Mommy-time. I guess the results are well known to all the people eyeing the rise of crime-rate and drug-abuse.

It looks like a phone I'm looking for.
If you want a camera. Buy a camera. not a phone.
