I have written a rather detailed rant about the phone... I like its sleek look and light weightness. I am okay with its slightly sluggish performance. But I totally disagree when it comes to the phone being user friendly.

well, nice phone but got a prob. in samsung d500, there is a thing called 'port' in gprs settings which has to be set to value '80' for gprs facility,but in c210 there is no such thing as port. What should i do?

its nizeeeee phone, but this alarm sound is short or not continue playback, how to setting alarm sound for long & continue....please tell me now pleeeeeeeeaseeeee

I bought this phone a couple of months ago and I like it very much. Only thing I am not too happy is the processing speed. Otherwise, it is worth the price. Need a clarification - I classified the contact into groups. In Silent mode, the phone doesn't vibrate for messages from contacts classified under group. For messages from unknown numbers, it vibrates properly. Can someone help?

HI i bought c210 two weeks back its very cost effecetive with features like gprs,tri band+inbilt polyphonic ring tone etc when compared to other brands.things i did not like about the phone are no group messaging,cant send ring tones

Hi
I bought the cell one week ago.
Its pretty good and cost effective.
But it is a bit slow. When i tried to download games, it says it is not compatible for downloading of games. Do any body know what might be the problem? or how to download games?

I brought the handset last week. It looks really good with great screen clarity which other top brand mobiles do not have(for such a price), very cheap with GPRS, MMS, JAVA games etc. Polyphonic ringtones are nice to hear. Every coin has two sides. The problem hear is it gets heated up soon, making key pad active takes time, no 'send to many' options in SMS. Other than, it is good. I'd rate 4.8/5 for this hand set.

I purchased the C-210, ten days after its launch. I found the set quite user friendly.
Just let me know how I can all the sim no to phone. Secondly is their the option of dowmloading the new tones from the mobile providing company. If yes where to save it.
Only regret is that games are not interesting a lot and are not user friendly.

please help.
u cant make silent while it ringing.
It will be nice if samsung had given a hands ferr kit with it.

In november 2004 i bought two SGH C-100 cell phone for me and my friend. we had some hanging problem while switch off/on. finally
we have changed to nokia phones.But for the same price i heard through my friends samsung will give good colour phone.so, i saw c-200,c210,c230. c200 is now old.c230 is FM is additional feature compared with C210. so,myself & my friends total 5 nos. planned to buy C 210 @ Rs.3800 per instrument in bangalore. when approached the dealer ha had shown sony eriction J210i for the same price.but i donnot know the performance.CAN ANYONE HELP ME WHICH PHONE WILL BE THE BEST COAMPARED WITH THESE MODELS or IN THIS PRICE RANGE PLEASE......., cmrameshbabu@rediffmail.com

great set! I think the color is the best feature of it. But only problem is the availibility of data cable in kolkata since the set is new.one can download the pims s/w from samsung to get pc connectivity.

When I write any message, I can't use ENTER. Is it not possible by this set ?

How can I connect this set with PC ? Someone wrote to need for that V200 cable and Easy GPRS v2.1.8. I download the software and buy the cable. But now what I have to do ? When I install the software, it asked- "Please, Install the SamsungGPRS modem to use EasyGPRS Wizard". He didn't mentioned about any modem. Then what can I do ?

hi all
nice phone, sleek design and the display is very good. But the navigation can be made easier bcoz i used to refer the mannual every time to find out the way to make a call but i managed to do it as i just using .
I have a question how to connect my phone with my pc and what data cable should i use
is it necessary to activate GPRS while accesing thru data cable?
can any one tell me please !!

good news i can add my own ringtone and wallpaper from my pc to my c210.i using samsung v200 cable data and easy gprs v2.1.8.but too bad piano sound so bad it's different with n620
