I bought this phone to try the new technology. My other is a Siemens A36, 10 years old but works perfectly. First of all I noticed that the battery seems to last for ever without charging. Very economical. To make calls and send SMS it is very simple to use although, like Microsoft Windows, there are so many selectable options it made me dizzy. I guess I'm just not used to such flexibility. Once I had my options organised it is very easy to use and I am very satisfied. By the way, it cost me 19 Euros and so far I have received more than 19 Euros in free calls in special offers. Very good for someone who wants a simple, practical product.

There is a "my documents" folder, but it's empty, how do I get pictures in this folder ?

Answer to the 'not so silly' question: Go to setting, then to call setting, then to all calls, then to answering mode, then deselect active flip.

When I open the flip when the phone is ringing, it automatically answers. Is there a way to screen, so you can decide whether or not to answer the phone? I realise this may be a silly question!

yes in the Menu there is an option for this.
My brother has this phone and I chaned it to answer after opening and seeing the number of caller. but I forgot it. please try to find it in the Menu in "setting". search for "any key answer" it is beside this.

As I bought this for only €30 including shipping it's hard to criticize this phone. I needed a quick replacement as my other phone suddenly broke down (U900 Soul -- a very nice phone).
Anyway, let's talk about the C270. Value-for-money wise, it's great. However, I don't like the screen as it's very small and more importantly; its quality is extremely bad. I didn't investigate it that much as I only needed a temporary phone but
apparently it has a 'CSTN' screen which is a cheap alternative to regular TFT screens. You can tell, unsharp and visible redraw etc. I don't like it. Perhaps I'm spoiled by U900's screen but this is definitely a big thing for me. I hate to be annoyed every time I look at the screen :D
Also, the T9 doesn't even allow me to type the ';' character!? Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but that's quite odd.
Beside the mentioned issues regarding the screen and messaging the phone works as you would expect. If you just want a cheap phone for calling and messaging (without winks ;), go and buy one. You won't make a big mistake as it's insanely cheap anyway :)

Worst phone EVER. I can't even set the alarm, I can only switch it on or off but I can't change the time, so it can only go off at 0:00 hours. Volume way too low, you can't hear it ringing unless there is no noise in the room.

I tried to use my brother's cable as he has one came with M3610 but it doesn't work. So you can download tone from the internet.

I can NOT read some of my sms messages. I can read first 20 chars on the inbox tab, but when i get into the message. It shows the message as blank. So annoying :(
