satish, 31 May 2011u need not reboot the phone to switch sim. if u want to dia... moreyes that's d basic function type a number and then press the shortcut button in the right side n presto switch to sim2 vice versa,but there's a problem if you use as mobile internet you need to ENABLE the sim that you are going to use and by doing that it well reboot and restart,thats the problem.

i dont think u r saying C3212. i do own this mobile and u need not switch off your phone to switch sim. there is switch button on right side to change sim's. the highlight of this mobile is that if u have many phone numbers and in case u forget the name of the caller, there is option called 'simple search' which will really help you search the entire phone book as you type the name/number. this feature is not available on recent samsung devices.

i really confused i used this for 1month im a seaman even theres no network in the sea the signal bars is there,but not the operator name. But it should'nt be like this,and also switching,rebooting waiting to restart again its sucks.

People are misinformed about the phone. It is infact Dual SIM Dual Standby and Dual Active too. If on one call then you can hear the other sim call in waiting and can swap too. Calling from different sim is easy too, with side push button to swap. Best economical phone.

Bad phone actually.
- To switch between the SIMs you need to reboot it!
- The SIM switches itself without your information. So you might end up making call from a costlier sim.
- SMS typing is a pain
- Not at all user friendly UI.
