hi ,
i am facing some problem in C-3212, when i am setting a SIM as default , there is a distrubance in the default SIM. what is the causes for that. how can i get it repaired, phone is still under warranty period.

How to backup sms from phone to the laptop. i have been trying with samsung pc studio but it doesnt show all the msgs in pc studio. it only shows 28 of them where as i actually have almost 100 on one and 30 on the other sim. how do i get a backup of them on my laptop? any suggestions/ tips please? how to get all of them into my laptop...thanks in advance..

The method to do this is to first select the number that you are going to dial from the recent call list or your phone book.
Once you have selected the number, press the Sim Selection button on the side, it will show you the sim that has been selected for the call on the top left hand corner.
Once you have selected press the call key.
You can do the same for messages, go to the create message screen and then press the sim selection button. the sim that is selected will appear at the top left corner.

to prevent the keypad from frequent lock all you do is to increase the back light period go to menu-setting-display light-back light time and i creas the time to your dicier that's all good lock

Dont expect too many facilities too....
because its worth to how much u paid !
the most annoying stuff is the dum samsung port...
it is so delicate and complicated too.
the nokia 3.2 mm jack are far better.
the VGA camera is just worst of worst..
they shudnt have given a camera initialy...
Mp3 sound is pretty low!!!
Radio recording is available but does not record propely...i mean jumping og lines....overlaping of words !!
CANNOT CONNECT TO PC FOR NET USAGE ..
Sim shift button is fine.
But its complicated...
If u have a personal number......
Key pad is not a haappy one for texters....
its a bit tough texting on a very close key pad !
Looks wise it ranks up to 8/10
after c3212 many samsung DUOS have been released..

Can anybody tell me how to set a time duration for keypad lock in this phone??? i didnt find any option for doing that..the auto lock locks keypad very frequently which is really irritating
