* this handset hanging after 10%-30% downloading any app like opera 6.5, 4.4, ebuddy, so, i cant download any app. (My handset prblm, i dnt knw any others)
* how to know software version? Is it any update available?

Monica, 13 Apr 2012The touch is good. There's no QWERTY.Please don't misguide other people. QWERTY Keyboard is available. Once youa re in SMS mode, goto MORE button on lower right hand corner and select keypad or QWERTY keyboard....

A complaint here to the mobile website owners and technical persons who are associated with these sites
I was interested in knowing the specifications and features of samsung chat on champ duous C3312 but it was a complete disappointment to c that specifications and features were not mentioned correctly.No sense of responsibility was shown,really this thing is confidense shaking.A few examples of this weakness of such sites are as follows.
1¤¤Touch screen was mentioned as capactive but in fact it is resistive
2¤¤There is no accelerometer feature in device Champ C3312 but they not only show it part of fon but also show proximity sensor as its part.
3¤¤Internal memory is also incorrectly mentioned
4¤¤Fone is shown without MMS and EMail functions but indee it has both.
So in short its a kind of request to make everything correct for visitors benifit

Data cable is not provided alongwith the handset. Does it mean that there is no provision to download music or photos through PC? Or is is that few are provided and others not.
